Stephanie’s Story
After years in the fitness and wellness industry, I’ve seen what truly works for people with full and busy lives. I know how hard it can feel to balance family, career, and your own health, and I also know that lasting change is possible. I created Strata Healthspan Coaching because I believe health isn’t about quick fixes but about building sustainable layers of movement, nourishment, recovery, and mindset that fit who you are. My goal as your coach is to combine science-backed strategies with real-life guidance so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more confident for the long term.
